In the peace,whispers remain,

Of things lost,yet to be claimed 

Time stood still,yet we didn’t know,

What we had,till it slipped away slow

Things I let slip,without a sound

Gone,unseen,lost and found 

Moving further,into the sight,

Leaving pain,a hollow light

Lost in the haze of life’s pace,

I just let go of  time,without a face

I didn’t hold tight,didn’t understand 

The value of now,till it’s past,

The ache of pain,that will forever last

We chase the past,but can’t regain,

The lost times,like everything in vain

So I learn to let go,to hold on tight,

To embrace the now,and make it right

In the hush of forgotten time,

Lives the sound of what’s left behind

But in peace,I will find my way,

To heal the pain, and grasp the day
